HCCI  was founded in 1990 as Hanan Construction Co., solely owned. In 1998 HCCI was incorporated to create Hanan Construction Company, Inc.

The company started out by contracting small-scale construction projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors. After eight years of successful services HCCI was ready to evolve into a full-service construction organization building multi-million dollar projects across Southern California.
